New:

• Introducing Scheduler - new CPU time management function. GPS-synchronized transmission sync, with interval and offset configuration. Apart from that, the new scheduler allows for intervals below 5 seconds, while in the same time reading all sensors, together with the sensor boom, managing GPS, heaters, buttons, LEDs and all flight algorithms, controls and computing functions.
• Introducing RS41-NFW Ground Control Software, which guides you through different ground check stages and lets you inspect a lot(!) of flight parameters and sensor data.
• Improved sensor readout - much faster, more acurate, and with slightly reduced oscillations.
• Support for infinite number of cycling Horus and APRS frequencies, for easier flights in multiple regions.
• Redefined heating algorithms - now based on precise PID control and PWM, also with new in-flight control, allowing for sensor defrosting, while having no impact on the readings. Besides frosting, new PID function also speeds up the calibration process and allows the sensor to work in it's physical safe temperature range during flight.
• New humidity correction algorithms, based on empirical data from many previous flights.
• Much faster program operation - optimization - GPS-synced intervals in the low tens seconds, while reading sensors and managing flight. The calibration process is now significantly quicker, and setup function has been optimized. From click of the button, with calibrations and hardware setup, to full GPS fix in 2 minutes.
• Better and more friendly LED status messages (documented in firmware config).
• Redefined documentation - operation manual markdown file became outdated, but new detailed code comments are here.
