Troubleshooting STOP errors - PythonSoft

What do I do if I get a STOP error?

1 -> Check here to see what kind of error has occurred.

If the errors are : 0280,0281,0211,0271,0251,05HG,1E/20 the program you downloaded may have been tampered with. Only download Okmeque1 programs from Okmeque1/Software for best compatibility and safety.

If the errors are : 755F,765E,780F,0272 your computer may not be powerful enough due to a lack of RAM(random access memory) or your hard disk may be corrupted. Run CHKDSK /F to check for any drive corruption and back up any data on the disk.

If the errors are : 6510A,6510B,0211,0210,0250,0270,0190,0910,0255,1E/10,1E/18,0272 refer to the error chart for these errors individually. Most of these will point to an input fault. When a program asks for a number, ENTER A NUMBER. If a program asks for a word or letter, ENTER A WORD or a LETTER. Any time a programs asks you to input something, ENTER THE CORRECT VALUES DEMANDED. This will reduce the chance of an error occurring.

If the errors are : 6510C,0210, check the permissions on your file, hard disk and user account. You may not have the appropriate permissions to do the operation the program wanted to do.

If the error is : 1E/08, please check your ethernet cabling in the wall and outside of the wall, your router, your wifi and anything that may interfere or interact with the internet signal.

If the error is : 770A, please retry the operation again, reading the above to attempt to determine the source of the error.

If the errors are : 1E/10 or 1E/18, attempt to use the encoder that the file is in or try the other encoder suggested. If the file fails to open using the ANSI encoder, attempt to use the UTF-8 encoder.

Why do they happen?

STOP errors can happen if someone has previously tampered with the code, but can also be the user's fault. Here are 5 tips to avoid them :

1 -> Only download from Okmeque1/Software

2 -> Enter the CORRECT values that are demanded

3 -> Check permissions

4 -> Make sure your computer is powerful enough

5 -> check your cabling.

If STOP errors re-occur, refer to the above and the first section. If the errors are system or tampered related, contact support.
