This is a rather light release precipitated by them changing the map yet again for no good reason grumble kids these days shakes stick. We really didn't do much other than polish the error log issues and some random fixes.
Hotfixes
- Fixed a CTD issue when we had incoming EU4 noculture culture but we mapped it to Vic3 culture noculture.
Coldfixes
- Various and systemic fixes to literally everything that would throw an error in errors.log.
