Core modo kit database for external tools to connect to.

Note:

This repository is publicly facing and all information shared here will remain public. Kit additions will require a formal method of request and approval. This is to ensure that the database remains clean and free of spam or malicious content. Installable kits for now will be limited to kits hosted by the Pixel Fondue GitHub organization. If you wish to have your kit installable from MKC, please reach out to the Pixel Fondue team on the Pixel Fondue Discord in the #modo-kit-central channel.

How to add your kits:

  1. Make a formal request on the Pixel Fondue Discord in the #modo-kit-central channel.
  2. Make a PR request to this repo with your kit info.
    1. Fork this repo.
    2. Add your info.json file to the kits folder.
    3. Make a PR request to this repo.
    4. Once approved, your kit will be added to the database automatically.

Kit Info

Key Type Required Description
label string Yes The nice-name of the kit.
name string Yes The name in the index.cfg file.
author string Yes The author of the kit individual/company.
source string Yes The hosting source of the kit. Gumroad, GitHub etc.
description string Yes The description of the kit.
installable bool No If the kit can be installed from MKC.
manifest string If installable The url to the manifest.json file.
url string Yes The url to the source of the kit.
help string Yes The url to the help page for the kit.
search [string] Yes Terms to search for the kit.
