• added basic GW2 API integration

• implemented support for EliteInsight's v2.22.0.0 IsCM value

Bugfixes

• fixed a crash when adding new Discord webhook
• fixed logs not being posted to Twitch chat if OBS's process name was "obs.exe"

Other stuff

• removed GW2Raidar integration
• codestyle & other usual code refactoring
