This adds a
coordinatesfield to all SDMs, as well as aisgeoreferencedmethod to check that the model is/isn't georeferenced.This has little impact for now but a new PR with SDT changes will follow for plotting, and creation of models from layers. In the future, this is required to support new pseudo absences methods, as well as spatially continuous measures of model performance.
