Updated GitHub Actions in docs-deploy.yml to current stable versions and replaced EOL Node.js 14.

Changes

  • actions/checkout: v2.3.5 → v4
  • actions/setup-node: v2 → v4
  • crazy-max/ghaction-github-pages: v2 → v4
  • Node.js runtime: 14 → 20 (LTS)

Node 14 reached EOL in April 2023. The updated actions eliminate deprecation warnings and improve performance.

Original prompt
