Releases: Pyr3z/Carnivale
Uninstall Nuke
This should have been added far earlier.
In order to uninstall this mod, go to the in-game mod settings and select 'Nuke Everything'. Return to the main menu, remove the mod from the load order, and load from the newly generated save game with the appendix '_Nuked'. Voila.
Shows! Improved cell finding, combat, etc
XnopeCore is included.
Improved cell calculation, defense AI, and tweaks
Now comes packaged with the latest XnopeCore. DELETE EXISTING XnopeCore FOLDERS!!!
Defense update! Lots of bugfixes
Now safe adding to existing saves
- Factions are dynamically added in if they weren't previously generated.
- Slight tweaks to backstories
- Prizes now clamped at under 100 silver in value
- Pawns are no longer trapped in tents built around them
Fixed carnival leaving bug (ninja)
Carnivals were throwing errors while leaving, because carriers were too full to carry away tent crates. To fix this for now, I simply made crates only weigh 1kg.
First Alpha Release, for testing purposes
Note that this requires XnopeCore.
Working things:
- Carnival factions are without home bases. They call you before coming, and if you accept they will arrive in one day and begin setting up.
- Debris that carnies don't want (things like wood, etc) will end up in a trash pile, free to take.
- Boosts mood by 10 while they are in town (by 1 if the colonist is a pessimist or depressive).
- Payment works by right-clicking on the entrance sign and selecting the context menu option.
- You can trade with vendors regardless if you paid the entrance fee. Note that bought items will show up near carriers.
- You can play games after paying the entrance fee (currently only one game — a melee skill game called 'High Striker'). Right-click with a colonist selected to play the game.
- Winning a game gives prizes that you can haul away. Currently prizes are restricted to apparel items.
