Fixes Issue: back to top button and card miss allignment issue resolved
Description:
I've addressed issue #809 by making significant changes to the CSS file to accommodate the addition of a "Back to Top" button and to correct card misalignment.
Changes Made:
Added CSS rules for the "Back to Top" button.
Adjusted CSS styles to realign cards properly.
