I've adjusted the accuracy values of all turret ranges to allow longer ranges across the board. Hybrids now better fulfill their role as "knife fighting" auxillery systems without being outshined by Autocannon Plasma Core munitions. Explosion values have been adjusted across all guns, except missiles. Plasma core on autocannon calibers are now less effective that they were before. Gyrostable rounds on autocannons has given them additional flexibility but are now limited by accuracy. Artillery have been given special synergy with Plasma Core rounds at the cost of significant range. The 90mm is now Burst fire
Energy turret ranges have been adjusted to fulfill their intended role against ballistics. The Curse EMP has gotten a significant nerf in radius and range. The 350cc "Absolution" has been shifted over to Burst fire, to better differentiate it from the 200cc, and has gained a buff to capacity.
Missiles have only gained adjusted range and lock on, there have been many reports of missiles hitting friendlies in odd scenarios. The 95mm can now pierce shields. Major NCWL buff.
These are a majority of the bigger changes in this patch, I still have much to do but this should put us in one of our best states of balance. I still need to overhaul missiles, but they are in a ok state I think.
