We talked about a while ago about adding a testing module, to allow for [Bugfix:Testing] or [Refactor:Testing].
In many cases, the tests break, and it is JS lint, or PHP unit, and
[Testing:Developer] Fix breaking JS testsdoesn't feel like it correctly describes the PR as well as[Bugfix:Testing] Fix breaking JS tests
