Hi,

When i visit the link, the python install instructions for Windows look like this:

Though, when I click View on GitHub in the Read The Docs interface it links to the GettingStarted at this point in time https://github.com/SuperElastix/SimpleElastix/blob/de4ae202e93b477d953220a947c06ae61f45690d/Documentation/Sphinx/GettingStarted.rst
So maybe the docs didn't build properly.

de4ae20 removed sudo and added the Packaging/setup.py but Packaging was not removed from Line 175

which is what I wanted to remedy with this PR.
