To be honest, I don't entirely know what "Genotype 3" even really means. I thought it was a person attribute rather than a specific type of infection. The code update makes sense though.

We accidentally overlooked specifying the HCV genotype of infected persons. This PR adds and tests the inclusion of this parameter.
