This pull request introduces the following modifications:

Modifications in `flare.py`

Added imports for jieba and rouge_chinese.
Introduced the QA_zh class to support Chinese QA evaluations.
Created the AuditQA class to inherit from QA_zh.

Modifications in `init.py`

Updated the task instructions to reflect the changes made in flare.py.
