added the functionality to enable neumophic design

To begin with Thanks for the good work on this package.
Having had to work on an application that required Neumophic designs, I have taken my time to try and enable this package to support Neumophic designs

Hey @markarik, thank you for the PR.
Pinput's API is already bit bloated, I'm planning to add builder constructor which will give users more flexibility.
It will work like contextMenuBuilder and we can use example from this PR as a neumophic sample.

I'll let you know more details when I create PR for Pinput.builder
