Hightlights

- Added 3.3 V linear regulator for powering the MCU through the USB only.

Compatibility notes
- Older enclosures (chassis and top plate) from v1.y are not compatible with the new PCB.
- UART header remains available, but the auto-programming circuit is removed.
Upgrade impact
- Firmware must target ESP32-C3.
- Devices can be programmed directly over USB-C.
Status: Verified working.
The fabricated board from this release is fully functional. Minor issues may exist but do not affect operation.📝 Recommended for fabrication.
