First public release of Walker!

Walker started out as a private-use tool to dig through binaries used by OpenCV. The executable is made using GraalVM (with PGO and -O3), seeing ~25% performance gains compared to the JAR.

NOTE: The executable is only available for Intel Macs right now! Apple silicon build coming later on.
