- Update plugins/message_plugin.py: Use execute_action instead of send_message to preserve audio context for TTS. - Update core/message_chain.py: Force dispatch_audio=False for TTS actions when followed by a message, enabling audio merging. - Add pyproject.toml: Define project dependencies and dev dependencies for modern tooling (uv). - Update requirements.txt: Export comprehensive dependency list (including dev) for legacy CI/Docker compatibility.
