Automatic cutoff selection

Flipper will now try to adjust which sources to use for recommendations creation automatically which hopefully results in better tailored recommendations. Even if the generated lists will be somewhat smaller.

Note that mint client needs to be run with flipper.run and it will crash on the first launch. The second onwards should be fine
