Gems sorting

Adding a new sorting mode: gems.
Mode will sort fics to pull up ones that have barely any favourites on the site but a significant amount of metascore in flipper.
The idea is: such fic may be hidden unnoticed gems by the nature of the metascore they achieved in recommendations algorithm (or they can be horrible trash someone faved just out of amusement)
