docs: link to "Working with AI" page on styling docs

Adds a link to the "Working with AI" page, and remove .html from links.

Also includes a fix to the SKLLS.md to remove truncation of category descriptions (we decided not to truncate anything here since we were well within the 5k recommended token budget for this file).
