This PR introduces two main changes:
Refactors the cache update logic in
update_status.rsto improve readability and ensure the cache is refreshed immediately after a status list modification. Cache insertion and logging have been reformatted for better clarity and maintainability.Updates the test certificate (
pebble.pem) intest_resourcesto a newer version.
