LogToGraph v0.2.558

Add a way for measure delta time between tow time marks, and draw a Annotation with the value shown close to the best unit.
The biggest unit is the day, the lwoest the nano second.

Add a pane for see all Annotations per signal and a button for delete them.
To note the annotations are not saved with the project file.
