Improve QCMD Banner and UI for a More Professional Appearance

Issue

The current QCMD banner has alignment issues and the overall UI is too verbose, displaying excessive information to users when running commands.

Changes

Banner Improvements:

• Fixed alignment issues in the QCMD ASCII art banner
• Ensured consistent spacing for better visual appearance
• Matched banner styles between main CLI and interactive shell

UI Enhancements:

• Reduced verbosity of output messages
• Streamlined display of information to users
• Improved help text formatting for better readability
• Added cleaner separators for example commands
• Updated progress bar to use a simpler, more professional design
• Changed Iraq-themed elements to be more neutral and professional
• Used proper Unicode characters (✅, ❌) for success/failure indicators

Code Organization:

• Improved the main command handler function flow
• Better separation of utility command handling and display logic
• Optimized loading sequence for better user experience

Testing
