Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.
This looks like a much better architecture diagram for the U-Net!
Since this is your work and not mine, and since I'm less familiar with the U-Net architecture, and thus wouldn't be able to make good decisions about maintaining this code as the literature evolves, I propose you attach this to your own site / blog. I wouldn't want to take credit for this work, and I'm not sure I'm best suited to own this code going forwards.
