TBCalNet myco_raw: Average of $0.14 per sample

On October 29 2025, 42 CDPH samples which have never gone through the pipeline before we launched on myco_raw version 7.0.5, run via one-workflow-per-sample, resulting in estimated costs of {0.01,0.08,0.1,0.1,0.11,0.11,0.11,0.11,0.11,0.11,0.12,0.12,0.12,0.12,0.12,0.12,0.12,0.12,0.12,0.12,0.13,0.13,0.13,0.13,0.13,0.13,0.13,0.13,0.13,0.13,0.13,0.14,0.14,0.14,0.14,0.14,0.14,0.15,0.17,0.29,0.29,0.31} (mean $0.13, median $0.13). The most expensive sample reported a read depth of over 120x in TBProfiler, the least expensive is an empty file. All samples except the empty file are passing and generated a diff file.

When we drop the empty file outlier, since that's a pretty rare edge case, the mean is $0.14 per sample.
