This PR improves the documentation of the Parquet packages.

As someone who frequently works with Parquet in production, I noticed that the roles of Equality and Position DeleteWriters were not explicitly documented in the builder methods. Since these are critical components for Iceberg v2 table support, adding this clarity will help future contributors understand the row-level delete implementation.
