- Refactor all the shell scripting setup to be done by %shell iPython calls
- Change pip usage so that openfold code is checked out from the main branch of the git repository and compiled and installed from the colab instance
- Make a minor change to setup.py to stay in sync with upgraded pytorch and ensure that CUDA code is compiled appropriately for available hardware
* In addition to updating CUDA compiler flags , add some more checking if there is a GPU available before compile cpp extension.
* Install code locally from git and build on server * Replace use of os.system by shell
On my branch a link to my colab as opposed to aqalaboratory colab had crept in.
