This change adds a local web server to the KaiROS.AI application, allowing external tools and scripts to interact with the loaded LLM via a REST API. The API listens on http://localhost:11435 and provides OpenAI-compatible endpoints (/v1/chat/completions, /v1/models), enabling integration with a wide ecosystem of AI tools. The server runs as a background service within the WPF application.
