Purpose
To deliver a fully functional, testable PayPal Invoicing connector for Ballerina, with strong validation coverage through both mock and live testing modes.
Description
This pull request introduces the initial version of the Ballerina PayPal Invoicing connector. The connector is generated from a sanitized and flattened OpenAPI specification and includes both mock and live server test suites to ensure correctness and reliability.
