Description
Currently the code only restricts significance by padj (0.05). However the text for the volcano plot says:
"This volcano plot shows the genes that are significantly up- and down-regulated as a result of the analysis comparison. The points highlighted in purple are genes that are significantly differentially expressed with a large effect (padj < 0.05 and model coefficient > ±0.5). Points in pink are significant with a small effect (padj < 0.05 and model coefficient < ±0.5) and points in blue are not significant but have a large effect (padj > 0.05 and model coefficient > ±0.5). Grey points are non-significant. The dashed lines correspond to the cutoff values of padj and model coefficient that we have chosen."
I am not sure why it says model coefficient rather than log2FC and there is not actually a log2FC cutoff. We either need to change the code or this text.
