Good point — adding context here: this PR is being submitted under the direction of a human maintainer (Josh) who has spare paid CI/agent compute and wants to point it at useful OSS work. If maintainers are OK with this style, we can keep contributions small and reviewable (docs/tests/harnesses) and continue transparently. |

This PR adds a small README quickstart for
examples/example_electrum, including a copy/paste one-linersynccommand (plus a note in the top-level README pointing to it).Motivation: help address #1974 ("Provide a one liner to sync with electrum").
