- Add custom JLinkPlugin.scala for creating minimal JRE images
- Update build.sbt with jlink tasks for Linux and Windows
- Create copyJRELinux task to include JRE in release packages
- Update releaselinux and releasewin tasks to build bundled JRE
- Generate start scripts that use bundled JRE instead of system Java
- Reduce JRE size to ~58MB by including only necessary modules
- Enable users to run application without installing JDK21
