test(react): cover strict TS options for styled

Adds regression coverage for TS strict flags that previously broke styled.div (noPropertyAccessFromIndexSignature + noUncheckedIndexedAccess).

The dtslint test now targets the public entry (types) so it matches consumer behavior.
