Your app is described in the README as a Misskey client developed for Android. However, since the app is developed in Flutter, it should be available for other platforms without too many significant changes. Keeping the build for desktop environments such as Windows (at a minimum) will help speed up the development experience for future contributors! The builds should be available for other platforms without too many changes.
Based on the above, this pull request is a proposal to apply the settings that interfere with non-Android builds only to builds for Android.
