Things dont compile for me. Ex. the kubernetes client lib is missing in the dependencies but also methods. I suspect that you missed to add files when committing.

I struggle to find the action though, can you please point me to where it's available?
Maybe I installed it wrongly. Here's what I did:

1. EXEC: created a distribution zip in build/distribution running ./gradlew clean buildPlugin
2. EXEC: launched a workspace
3. EXEC: copied the distribution to the running workspace pod/container using kubectl cp build/distribution/che-integration-plugin-1.0-SNAPSHOT.zip <workspace-pod/container>:/var/tmp
4. EXEC: in the running IDEA I went Settings > Plugins Host > Install Plugin Form Disk > /var/tmp/che-integration-plugin-1.0-SNAPSHOT.zip
5. EXEC: quit IDEA & Close and keep Running
6. EXEC: created a devfile.yaml in my project
7. EXEC: looked into the ctx menu for the file, looked into the ctx menu in the editor

-> could not see the action that your PR implements. What am I missing?

Found the action in the "Tools" (main) menu

When I launched it, it failed though:

I'll investigate what's failing here.
I then will also try to add the action to the following ctx menus:

• devfile.yaml in the project (files) view
• editor for devfile.yaml
