Improves the waitForIncidentThenDo function, removing the unnecessary sleep that may have been causing slow responsiveness in the TUI, and consolidating specific "wait" functions into the generic waitForSelectedIncidentThenDo function. Signed-off-by: Chris Collins <collins.christopher@gmail.com>
