Adds additional/better error handling for the "launch" command, to hopefully capture edge cases with gtk warning returned from konsole. Signed-off-by: Chris Collins <collins.christopher@gmail.com>
Adjusts the default make target to be a `go build`, moves goreleaser single-target binary build to `goreleaser-build` and removes `install-local`, as that's covered by the `install` target Signed-off-by: Chris Collins <collins.christopher@gmail.com>
