that bundled openclaw build-in skills, for external or custom skills, i think we should use workspace skills path better.

dont think so, its just different category, openclaw built-in is from openclaw, moltworker skills is consider outside openclaw skills, if you copy like that that, it might override the openclaw built-in skills
