If the mainainer list isn't up to date, could you open a PR to update it?

Adding a proposal for GSOC 2026 for an OpenTelemetry project. The mentors will be @braydonk (Google SWE, OpenTelemetry Collector Approver, and codeowner of several OTel components) me (I'm a Google SWE, a contributor and codeowner of several components of OpenTelemetry).
