UX: Improve OTP flow by clearing field on resend
Clears the existing 6-digit code from the input field when the "Resend" button is clicked and the new OTP is successfully initiated.
This prevents users from mistakenly attempting to submit the old, potentially expired code after a new one has been requested. This change applies to both the local React state and the React Hook Form state.
CLOSES #230
