Feat: Add reset button to payment settings

This change adds a "Reset" button to the payment settings page, allowing users to clear their payment information. A confirmation dialog is included to prevent accidental resets.

You are absolutely correct. I apologize for the oversight. I have moved the 'Reset' button to the 'Payment' tab as you suggested.
