code-server-4.101.0-rc.1-linux-amd64.tar.gz with Code 1.101.0 is deployed at https://coder.jupyter.b-data.ch.

Functionality [modified by patches] tested and found to work:

• base-path
• cli-window-open
• local-storage
• marketplace
• proxy-url
• service-worker
• web view

Workspaces and Jupyter Notebooks also work fine:

I think we can skip updating flake.lock. It will be 22.13 but current nixpkgs only has 22.14 anyway.

If not, please tag v4.101.0-rc.1 and v4.101.0 – as with previous releases.

I added the v, but I left the accidental ones in case someone is relying on them now...
