So it is not meant for doing exercises together in the room? It's fine if that is the case, just clarifying.

Link is no rush. We can share it week before the workshop. But we can also use the installation help room link for example, if that is easier.

I think that it can serve for both cases! But if it is thought for exercises, then there needs to be someone leading them, perhaps? Then it's a little more work. But I am not against it in the slightest.

Note: if someone wants to have a breakout room in that zoom call, that can be done, whatever happens in the main room

Hmm, there was not too many volunteers now and maybe better to not spread us too thin.
How about we offer it as a "jump in" alternative for asking questions/solving problems during the workshop for this time? And see if people seem to want to use it differently?
-> Then I would maybe not add it to the list of exercise rooms, but rather add it to the news box with the notes:
