Allow renovate to update the go version defined in the go module.

Updated it to use the new codesphere renovate config

So we do it now by using the renovate-config? And in that renovate-config we do the same thing we deleted from the file? If yes it looks fine 😅

@kevinroiu has created a new go-config for renovate with our recent changes, so that we can reference it in all repositories 👍 so yes, it's doing the same
