Python 3.10 brings with it Bokeh 3.x. Steve used a few deprecated parameter names in cblast that were removed. Updated them and tested in Python 3.7/Bokeh 2.4 and Python 3.10/Bokeh 3.2.
We did a pull request for the last change I made to cblast, as I was just starting with the code base. I'd be happy to merge this one myself if you don't want to review it.
