The application backend is composed of the following APIs:

/user manages users and addresses
/schedule manages pick-up requests (a.k.a. appointment) and sorts them by editing the waypoint rank
/eligibility access to Colibris' zoning and week schedule
/rating create and list ratings per user and per pick-up request
