Gonna put the version in the file name from now on

The version of marlin is going to be put in the actual file name for the downloadable jar from now on. No actual changes code-wise from v0.1.1 though.

Fixed /all and /:fn/all

/all and /:fn/all were returning a single newline when their results should be empty. This is no longer the case.

First release!
