The upstream patch for bug#80377 has been merged into Emacs master, fixing ns-list-colors to return the full color list at runtime. Our workaround that refreshed x-colors during NS window system init is no longer needed for emacs-31. The patch is kept for emacs-30 as the fix has not been backported.
